Falafel

Falafel

Ingredients:

* 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
flour
* 1 garlic clove
* 1 handful parsley (fresh)
* 1 tsp cumin (ground)
* Small handful coriander 
* 1/2 tsp chilli powder
* 2 tbsp plain flour
* 1 small onion (chopped finely)
* Salt to taste



Method:

1. Pat the chickpeas dry
2. Tip everything into a blender and blend well, until fairly smooth. 
3. Divide into portions and use hands to shape into pattys
4. Cook on a pan with a little oil for 3 minutes on each side until lightly golden. 
Extra Tips:

* Best served in a wrap with lots of salsa. 

* Sift the flour into the blender to avoid clumps.
