Garlic Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- Milk
- salt and pepper
Method:
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the sieved flour a bit at a time. Stir constantly until it turns a sandy colour, this indicates that the flour is cooked.
- Add the milk, alittle at a time to get the correct consistency of your choice.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and crushed garlic. Stir all the time as it can stick to the pan easily.
