Chow Mein

Chow Mein

Ingredients:

* chicken or beef
mushrooms
* carrots
* onions
* peppers
* garlic & ginger
* sauce
* noodles




Method:

1. Fry the onion and peppers
2. Add the carrots and fry until softened
3. add the rest of the ingredients (meat first if using meat)
4. add the sauce and simmer
5. boil the noodles
6. mix well


Extra Tips:

* can do a vegetarian option if preferred just add more vegetables
