Pranesh's Tomato Sauce
* Onions
* Ginger and garlic
* Tin of chopped tomatoes
* Spices (salt, chilli, curry powder and Italian style)
* Spinach
Method:
1) Chop the onions and fry them in olive oil on a low fire.
2) add a big lump of ginger and garlic
3) add a tin of chopped tomatoes
4) fill the empty tin with water and add to the saucepan
5) add spices
6) add in any extras (things you need to use up in the fridge maybe?)
7) cover with a lid and cook on high heat.
Depending on how think you want the sauce leave your sauce to cook. Check regularly.
Add extra seasoning to taste.
