Beef salad

Beef salad is yummy served hot with lots of dressing!

Ingredients:

Basic salad (salad leaves, olives, plum tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber) - I also used mushrooms as needed using up and I thought it would go nice with the hot beef, and an egg to make it more filling. 

Beef marinade (spices as desired, lemon, garlic and ginger)

Method:

1) prepare a basic salad 

2)Marinate the beef

3) slice into thin strips and mix in with the salad
